Sequence per Delta Facilities (Cindy, 7/16): the AI POD moves in first, then AMG builds the Datacenter and Telecom sections around the machine. AMG installs the remaining sections in parallel while the POD moves in, and finishes by the beginning of September. Amber items are owned by Delta or the GC and are unconfirmed.

Hatched bars are projections, not commitments. Every date downstream of the city permit — GC construction and handover, POD move-in, AMG move-in Phase 1 and 2, and the punch-list buffer — is calculated from an assumed approval date, because the approval date is not yet known. The TI permit is in city review with no ETA, and the anchorage amendment is estimated at ≈Aug 7 submit / ≈Sep 4 approve based on a two-week package plus four-week review. When the actual approval dates are issued, every hatched bar moves with them. AMG's own scope — fabrication, procurement, drawings — is unhatched and on schedule.
This calendar re-states the schedule above in day form. Items marked ≈ are downstream of the city permit and move with its actual approval date — same rule as the hatched bars in the chart.

The POD now sits upstream of AMG's Datacenter + Telecom build — its arrival date drives AMG's completion, not the other way around. Space is available from Mon Aug 24 (GC handover Aug 21, permit permitting).
| POD in place by | What the schedule looks like | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| Fri Aug 28 the plan |
AMG builds Datacenter + Telecom around the POD Aug 31 – Sep 4 and is fully done Sep 4. Nearly four weeks of buffer to Sep 30. | Best case |
| Fri Sep 4 one week late |
Datacenter + Telecom build collides with the Sep 9–11 blackout and slides to Sep 14–18. AMG completion ~Sep 18; the "beginning of September" target is gone but Sep 30 still holds. | Tight |
| Fri Sep 11 two weeks late |
Build runs Sep 14–18, punch list eats the remaining week. AMG done ~Sep 25 with days of float left before the hard deadline. | Zero float |
| After Sep 14 — |
Datacenter + Telecom can no longer finish in front of Sep 30 without overtime or scope triage. Needs an executive conversation, not a schedule tweak. | 9/30 at risk |
Good news first: the main TI permit is already in city review, and the anchorage goes in as an amendment — KSH expects a quick turnaround (anchorage only, 1 plan check). Best case: info finalized this week → amendment submitted ≈Aug 7 → approved ≈Sep 4.
The problem: ≈Sep 4 approval lands after the POD's Aug 24–28 move-in window and AMG's Aug 31–Sep 4 build-around. Two scenarios, and which one applies is the question of the week:
A — POD can be placed first, anchored after approval: Rev 4 dates hold. POD moves in Aug 24–28 unanchored, AMG builds around it, anchorage work happens ≈Sep 8 right after approval (before the Sep 9–11 blackout). Tight but workable.
B — anchorage must precede placement: POD move-in slips to ≈Sep 8+, AMG's Datacenter + Telecom build slips past the blackout to Sep 14–18, punch list compresses, and Sep 30 is at serious risk. If B is the answer, we need the amendment expedited or a phased/partial-permit path from the city.
Also still needed: the TI permit's own approval ETA (it gates GC construction start and the Aug 21 handover), and Delta's confirmation of KSH's plan this week — the amendment clock starts only when the info is finalized.
